Belgian artist ROA blesses Kigali with his striking, bewildering hands, which create impressive hands-on works. The artist, who is already executing what he loves best has already kicked off with his realistic art Creation, which are making huge statements.
For a period of two weeks till November 2017, ROA is to create new works of art; the artist has generously offered to donate his time and talent to create works in Rwanda free of charge, in partnership with the Embassy of Belgium and Kurema, Kureba, Kwiga
To begin with, the artist is apparently creating a large mural in the center of Kigali, Rwanda’s capital.
The creation has so far triggered great drive of admiration and anticipation amongst most Kigalians, most to whom, this is new.
This initiative is in line with an effort to promote environmental conservation through art based activism and creative community engagement.
The Semi-anonymous, Belgian artist, whose work is extensively recorded and globally recognizable. Having created hundreds of murals
around the world in places including Berlin, Sydney,London, Madrid, Moscow, Los Angeles, Mexico City, New York, Cape Town, Paris and other cities, for his first time, taps into East Africa, where his works are to be embraced in Kigali.
