Rwanda-
As part of his latest projects, Rwandan visual Artist François Mucyo holds unique works inline with Rwanda’s Genocide commemoration.
The artist, who has for long crafted himself a name as a Bleach Artist- due to his paintings crafted out of bleach products, holds a collection of works, which take us back to 23 years ago, when close to 1million lives were lost in the 1994 Rwandan Genocide against the Tutsis.
The collection entitled 94– Darkest Nights for Brighter Days depicts rackage, through human remains of skulls.
