Hailing from Kibera, Nairobi, popularly known as Kayvo Kforce, Kevin Ambalwa, is a Hip Hop artist based in Nairobi, Kenya. His interest in music was relaised when he was just 8 years old singing in a local church choir.
Talent-wise, he started acting when he was in primary school. He continued with it in high school and also played basketball competitively. He then took music seriously after high school.
He gained recognition in the music industry while a member and founder of the Kibera Hip hop group – Kforce. He is also a pioneer in the Neo-Kenyan Hip hop culture. He is known for dropping many notable mixtapes, albums and EPs over the years including his latest projects ‘Fathela’ and ‘Namba Nane Drill’.
2023 has seen Kayvo Kforce rebranding himself, hence bringing the magic back to his artistry with an Afrocentric approach to his Hip hop sound and significant positive vibrancy.
With him teaming up with Mr. Ke4 to record and release a song dubbed “Highs And Lows” , he sets a tone, and evident course to immensely appreciate his fans for reciprocating the love and support.
