Close to five years of service in Rwanda, Jackie Lumbasi recently announced her departure from broadcast media, a profession she has been in for several years.

The prominent Kenyan presenter whose career kicked off in Uganda where she rose through Star FM, UBC Television, and later Capital Fm as a News Anchor and presenter, has been on Kigali In the Morning, as a breakfast host alongside Kris Vic on Kigali’s Royal FM since 2018.

For many years, there's one question I answer during my leave, and that is, when and if I'll be getting back to work or if I have resigned.
