Uganda-
For close followers of the social media platforms and entertainment scene in East Africa, Ddumba Muzafaru isn’t a new name on the scene. The entertainer, who also is a self proclaimed Cover King, has for the past months risen prominence through his free-style miming tactics, which he does and posts short videos via his social media platforms.
“Where I majorly stay, I rarely could get African and East African songs, which pushed me into making it an effort to mime them, but in a fully joyful and serious way, ”
This style of miming had for long, been used by fans in showing support to their musicians, though Ddumba’s tactics quite stand out. His venture into it months ago, where he has majorly been seen onto songs by majorly Rwandan and Ugandan musicians, which he entwines devotion and mood, this has earned him a following and greater engagement now surpassing most musicians and regional celebrities too.
Typically seen behind the Car steering wheel, he freely flows to any song he lands onto, which definitely shows his endorsement to it.
His true support to musicians is a cross-cutting one, as he mimes both established and less known, but talented acts’ songs too, which has made him a standout in execution.
