Monica Kansiime
A Creative director for Monix Kouture at Ipigogo House of Fashion, Kansiime was Miss World Uganda 2007. Holding a Bachelor’s degree In Industrial Fine Arts from Makerere University, her Asfas 2017 showcase left a statement, still to reckon with.
The designer describes herself as a beacon of Hope, ambition, self driven and above all would love to see the future of African Fashion cut across all boarders internationally. She has dressed up the creame dele-creame of Uganda’s finest, showcased in North America – Chicago for Miss Uganda North America 2018 and 2019 – 2 years in a row.
Monica returns back this season for the Asfas 2019 with a breathe taking, life changing collection this year.
She believes there is no limit to any Dream and that sets her soul on fire.
David Tlale
David Tlale is a South African home grown label that stands out from the crowd, thanks to a design elegance that challenges the clichéd and predictable. Couture that embodies beauty without pretense and shuns harshness for poise, answering the call today’s men and women for design that is young, bold, and elegant. David Tlale is undoubtedly one of South Africa’s most interesting labels, yet further reflecting this globally.

Jana Ross
A young Belgian Fashion designer, who challenges herself by creating concepts that stimulate all senses, Jana Ross found her purpose, and with every project she immerses herself in a new exciting world. By believing in the magic of beginnings and trusting in the flow of creating, she brings her strong imaginary concepts to life.
Upon seeing her designs, the audience should escape reality for a moment. The authenticity and refinement of her creations has to enchant them. The collection truly has succeeded when it triggers the audience’s own imagination.
Working together with passionate directors, photographers and musicians energises her. These collaborations spark an explosive synergy, in which they enrich each other as artists.

Ifeanyi Nwune
He is a young menswear designer, image consultant and creative director from Nigeria. In 2014, he launched his namesake clothing line, I.N. This has gradually skyrocketed hence attracting big icons, even from Hollywood.
