As Rwanda morns Prominent fashion model Alexia Mupende, ArtsGlo brings you some of the facts about this fallen fashion icon.
- Alexia was born 35 years ago in Nairobi, Kenya to Alex and Rose Mupende.
- She first attended Lavinton Nairobi, then later joining Camp Kigali Primary and Kigali Academy. For her secondary, She joined Namasagali College and St.Lawrence Schools and Colleges. Mupende then joined Kigali Institute of Science and Technology (KIST), were she pursued an Advanced Diploma in Computer Studies. She then joined Mt.Kenya University and emerged a Business Information Technology Bachelor holder.
3. Years after school, Mupende joined Modelling, which with passion she has over years risen into one of Rwanda’s Top Models.
4. Besides her Modeling, Mupende has been one of Mashirika Performing Arts and Media company’s main performers, where she has expressed remarkable Acting skills.
5. Mupende has been also an administrator at Waka Fitness, a health and fitness Centre located in Kimihurura, Kigali.
6. Before her tragic death, Mupende was in wedding preparation with her longtime fiancee Allan Rwamu Kweli.
