Tanzanian Afro Pop and R&B musician Vanessa Mdee is about to drop a hit that is also featuring Gabon’s president Ali Bongo Ondimba. It turns out Mheshimiwa is also an artist.
Well, the president’s best friend, Frederic Gassita, has featured Vanessa Mdee in his song which he has also featured the president, making it a collabo.

Ondimba started off as an artist back in the day when his father was the president of Gabon. He loved Jazz and played drums and iano.
He later organised a media tour around his country which was dubbed ‘Alain Bongo And His American Orchestra.’ He later attended a hip hop festival and made a soundtrack for a popular film in the country.
Vanessa took to social media to let the World know she was making music with a president:
You have to make noise about it because it is not everyday that you make music with the President, not of the debate club. The president of Gabon.
Bongo has been the President of Gabon since 2009 after his father’s death Omar Bongo. His father had ruled for 41 years.
