As part of its return, the Rwanda Film Festival is inviting for submissions.
The festival which will kick off on September 2 until September 9, was initiated 12 years ago, and has grown to grow the Rwandan, East African and African hub for nurturing film makers invites all African filmmakers to join this year’s edition.

Submissions are open until August 10th. This year’s festival has a new and bold theme of frontiers. Film makers are invited to explore what it means to personally and politically, socially and technologically break boundaries and barriers .
