Celebrated Nigerian author Othuke Ominiabohs is currently onto tour in East Africa, where he is officially to unveil and further promote his written works. His books include ‘A Conspiracy of Ravens‘ and ‘Odufa: A Lovers Tale‘ .
Othuke was shortlisted for the Wole Soyinka Prize for Literature in 2014, and the ANA Prize for Prose Fiction 2016.
In Kigali, Othuke will be hosted by the Kigali Public Library on November 29th, then later at Spoken Word Rwanda monthly event for a book reading from session on November 30th, at Rubangura Luxury Hotel Apartments in Kimihurura, from 8pm to 10pm. In Kampala, Uganda the author will be at Alliance Francaise de Kampala on December 2nd 2016.
In ‘A Conspiracy of Ravens’, the author raises suspicion about the ongoing crisis in the Niger Delta, Boko Haram in the North East and IPOB clamor for autonomy in the East, hinting at the possibility of a conspiracy that comes all the way down from the Civil War years.
