Awaited for the December embrace are two Ugandan talents Cindy Sanyu, the All Africa Music Awards (AFRIMA) 2016 winner for Best East African female Dance hall Musician and Maureen Rutabinga aka Mo Roots, a multi-talented instrumentalist singer-song writer who is currently Uganda’s best female saxophonist are the leading acts for next next Kigali Jazz Junction, a prestigious monthly Jazz event which unveils unique live music embrace.
These two acts aren’t new among Kigalians, but have in recent years won hearts. With Cindy having held over four performances in recent years, yet Mo Roots a few but quite impressive staging too.
This event, which is to take place on December 2nd at Kigali Serena hotel will see the great flow of talent from the two great acts performing along side Rwanda’s Neptunez Band and Injyana Jazz band.
