Grammy award winning musician John Legend has come up, in defence of his performance in Kigali despite the concerns raised for him to call it off due to the DRC conflict. Rwanda is alleged to be backing the M23 rebels, a Congolese group dominated by Banyamukenge who are fighting in the in DRC.
Hosted by Kigali’s BK Arena, Mr. Legend successfully performed on February 21st at the 2025 Move Afrika concert, a Global event aimed at developing structures and make Africa an attractive tour destination for international artists.โฃ
