As it gears up for its 12th edition, the Bamako Encounters, a widely recognized African Biennale of Photography, which is organised by Mali’s Ministry of Culture is on.

Titled “Streams of Consciousness”, will be held in Bamako, Mali, from November 30 to January 31, 2020. This will also a celebration of 25years since Bamako’s first photographic encounters was initiated.
