To add onto its weekly vibe, Kampala recently ushered in Just Comedy Ug, a weekly comedy show to shake the scene.
Initiated by renowned Stand Up Comedian Patrick Idringi aka Salvador, the event which successfully hit the scenes on July 31, is one hoped to introduce a new relish on top of complementing the local and regional comedy fraternity. The event shoe performances by comedians Smart Ayokyayokya, Agnes Akite, Ronnie McVex, Omukebete, Napoleon, and Kenya’s Eric Omondi, alongside musicians led by Kenneth Mugabi.
Marking his 10- year journey in Comedy, Idringi feels this is to cement more base for comedy as well as uplifting more standup acts locally and internationally.
Just comedy Ug is to stage shows on Wednesdays, at Kingdom Kampala Mall
