Kigali Breaking Cypher, an annual Hip Hop dance event taking place in Kigali, Rwanda, offering dancers a chance to exhibit different dance styles through competition is returning this year.

Taking place on March 24, at Club Rafiki Nyamirambo in Kigali, under the theme: Nuwamugaye ya’ byina (A disabled Can Dance), this edition aims at collaboration incorporating persons with disabilities with a neuromuscular disorder affecting the bones and body joints.
The event supported by Kigali’s Goethe Institut will this year feature categories like, Breaking 1vs1, Afro House 7 to smoke adults, Hip Hop 1vs1 adults, Afro House 1vs1 kids battle among others. Kigali Breaking Cypher is one of the top east African hip hop event that brings top breakers and dancers around regions from east and other parts for Africa to come to compete, exchange, learn and share different skills and experience.
