Talented comedians have affirmed a great staging at the Kigali International Comedy Festival. The acts who are already in Kigali will all conclude the festival on July 28 at Camp Kigali grounds.
On its second edition, Kigali International Comedy Festival is one initiated last year by the Comedy Knights, a leading Rwandan Stand Up group. It aims at nurturing local and regional comedy by creating a hub where top comedy acts and comedy lovers embrace the art.
“Iam so excited being part of this festival, and I promise you the best at it,” affirmed Daliso Chaponda, one of the guest comedian, who majorly rose to fame through the British Has Got Talent Show.
“Am just looking forward to this edition too, since its always another great venture,” explains Daniel Omara, a Ugandan Comedian who is attending the festival for the second time.
The festival is to feature a variety of both local, regional and international comedians who include Daliso Chaponda(Zimbabwe), Saku(Japan) , Babu(Rwanda), Herve(Rwanda), Cotilda(Uganda), Arthur(Rwanda), Karis(Kenya), George(Rwanda), Daniel Omara(Uganda), Divin(Burundi), Okello Okello(Uganda), Joshua(Rwanda), Emeka(Uganda), among other comedians.
