Renown Kenyan multiple award-winning boy-band, Sauti Sol are set to launch their recording label this year as they had promised.
Last year, during an interview in October, they said they were planning to launch a managing and recording label to nurture local talent.

Bien-Aime Baraza, one of the band’s vocalist during a recent interview with a local radio, disclosed that they’re ready and would be setting up the label this year.
“Mwaka huu ni mwaka wa kuinvest kwa music industry na wasanii wengine, stay tuned kwa record label ya Sauti Sol. Mwaka huu ni the year of big things for the Kenyan music industry,” Bien announced.
Sauti Sol started the year with a bang after the release of their new jam called Girl next door featuring Nigerian songstress Tiwa Savage, a song that’s off their upcoming EP called set to be released this year.
