Congo-
On return for its 5th edition, the Amani Festival, a renowned music and dance platform left quite a mark, as for the first time, it was graced by Rwanda’s fast rising musician Deejay Pius.

Taking place in Goma of DR. Congo, from Feb 9 till 11, the festival attracted talents and fans.

Among the headiners were Ugandan musicians Jose Chameleone and Pallaso, who performed after other big acts like Maurice Kirya, Ferre Gola and many others. These were also joined by Deejay Pius from Rwanda, with whom they performed ‘Agatako’. It is still evident how the song till eats deeper into the audiences, with Congo too.

Amani is an annal Festival dedicated to Peace through out Africa’s Great Lakes Region, and hosts several African acts who through music entertain the audience as they unite it with peace.
