Following its successful premiere at the 2017 Zanzibar international film festival(ZIFF) in July,  Je Suis (Black Belgian), a Rwandan fiction action film recently had a privilege of being screened at Festival du Cinéma Africain de Khouribga, where it received an award.

The film director with the Award

The film director hailing from Almond Tree Films in Rwanda  has before produced the film Saa-Ipo ,further uses some of the cast members, who have before been casted in Imbabazi(The Pardon), and Joel Karekezi, also known as a director, but this time takes on an acting role. Together with the Uganda film community and the great team by the director, this film was made possible.
