African Muzik Magazine Awards 2017 Releases Nominees

The 2017 edition of the All African Muzik Magazine Awards(AFRIMMA), is already heated up following the recent release of this year’s nominees. AFRIMMA is a leading international voice for the ever-evolving world of African Music, and annually recognizes and awards outstanding acts.

Two new categories have been added to the 2017 edition of AFRIMMA, Best Lusophone and Best Francophone, the idea is to be able to further cast the spotlight as well as recognize and represent the artists from these regions also on the world stage.

This year’s categories include; Best Male West Africa. Best Female West Africa,Best Male East Africa, Best Female East Africa, Best Male Central Africa, Best Female Central Africa,Best Male Southern Africa, Best Female Southern Africa, Best Male North Africa, Best Female North Africa, Best African Group, Crossing Boundaries With Music Award, Best Gospel, Best Newcomer, Artist of The Year, Dancehall Act of the Year, Best Video Director, Best Dj Africa, Best African Dj USA, AFRIMMA Video of The Year, Music Producer of The Year, Best African Dancer, Best Rap Act, Best Collaboration, Song of The Year, Best Lusophone, Best Francophone, BEST SOUND ENGINEER.

AFRIMMA’s grand finale will take place on October 8th, 2017 at House of Blues, Dallas, Texas US.
