Last week it was a bloodbath at Royal Media Services(RMS) as a large number of employees found themselves jobless. One of them was top business news anchor on Citizen Tv, Terryanne Chebet. It was highly unexpected but the company had to do it because it was not making as much money as it used before the digital migration.
Terryanne has finally spoken out in public since her big misfortune. Here is what she said:
“Good morning friends. It’s been a tough week but I’d like to thank everyone who has called, texted and sent me encouraging inbox messages. Thank you and may God bless you as you have blessed me. That door is now closed but I’m looking forward to better things ahead.”
The former news anchor did not solely rely on her salary from Citizen TV. She runs her own company called Keyara Organics.
