This pact is to empower local artist development, ownership and production.

The deal was signed this week between Sipho Dlamini (Director at Universal Music Group ) and TRESOR (Director at Jacquel Entertainment Group) at the Universal Music offices in South Africa.
Expected, following the signing of this deal, is a robust of great talent, under a streamlined management, which is expected to take over the African, and global scene.
