Uganda’s female Afro R&B and pop musician Irene Ntale’s quitting Swangz Avenue, the management label, which has been overtaking her operations is one of recent developments among the entertainment scenes, which has had many wondering.
However, Swangz Avenue has publicly stated how this move was a smooth one. Through a post by Benon Mugumbya, one of the management’s representatives, it was clear.
Swangz Avenue and Irene Ntale have parted company by mutual consent. We would like to bring to record our thanks to Irene Ntale for the hard work, integrity and honesty she put forward during our four years of work. Swangz wishes to make clear Irene leaves us on good terms and will always remain a much-loved, respected and significant figure at Swangz. Her legacy at Swangz and the country at large has long been guaranteed and she will always be warmly received. We wish Irene all the best in her endeavors. Swangz Avenue Management.
Through her social media pages, Ntale also affirmed it. She posted,
I have made my intentions known to my record label and we have both come to an understanding that this is the best move forward. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Swangz Avenue for the knowledge and experience I have gained there. I am truly grateful for the time I have spent with the team along with the musical and professional relationships I have built. I believe both Swangz Avenue and I have enjoyed a remarkable partnership

Over the last four years, the songstress has risen to fame, topping music charts, and scooping numerous awards hence emerging one of the most successful East African female artists.
It is still not known whether Ntale has sought a new management, as she is still tight lipped on this.
